'From the start of our search, I found Pure Taxation incredibly proactive in finding us the right candidate for the role. In comparison to consultants at other recruitment agencies, Pure spent time to really understand the type of person we were looking for and to learn more about Sainsbury’s culture to ensure that we didn’t just get a good candidate but the right fit for Sainsbury’s.  

We were provided with a well thought out portfolio of CVs shortly after the meeting. Pure were very responsive in providing additional material about the candidates when requested and there was regular communication between Sainsbury’s and Pure during the interview process. I felt able to provide open and honest feedback about the interviewees we had seen and it was also useful to have Pure’s feedback as we narrowed the shortlist. Pure also proactively sought a lot of information about the interviewers at each stage and the type of interview that would happen to thoroughly brief the candidates.

Overall, I would say that working with Pure during this recruitment was very positive and stress free for us. On occasions working with other recruiters I have felt that the agency has provided little effort in the search other than CVs. This is definitely not the case with Pure who worked collaboratively with us throughout each stage of the recruitment.
