Advising assignees on the income tax, social security and capital gains tax implications of their international assignment in both their home and host countries. The role also includes consulting on the cross-border implications of contributing to UK and non-UK pension plans, terminations and the exercise of share options.
Employment Tax Jobs
Responsibilities range from developing innovative remuneration strategies for top performing employees, establishing a proactive attitude/approach to changes in employment legislation e.g. age discrimination or administrating pension funds, through to liaising with HMRC on statutory past and future obligations.
Executive Remuneration Jobs
Delivering and implementing competitive business compensation and benefits strategies on a UK and international scale; developing new reward philosophies; leading and implementation of programmes and ensuring that the reward approach is perfectly aligned with overall HR strategy.
Global Mobility Jobs
Responsible for the management, coordination, administration and compliance of all international assignments, transfers and relocations and the overall design of appropriate assignment policy. Roles include the preparation of assignment packages (contracts, balance sheets, cost projections) and handling other IA-related administration (e.g. social security, immigration etc.).
