This Global Investment Bank is looking for a new Assistant Vice-President to join their EMEA Compliance Team.
With a focus both on the UK  and European issues and company assets this role will provide the technical challenge business involvement you're looking for.

Role Includes
- Preparation and submission of UK corporate tax returns.
- Responding to HMRC queries on submitted computations.
- Advising on the group relief position.
- Scope to have involvement with European tax compliance, audits and litigation
- Assist in supporting various projects - e.g.
- helping with policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance with applicable local tax laws and to ensure compliance with required US reporting requirements.
- Liquidations , strike offs
