A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Tax Advisor to join the Financial Services' Human Capital team of this award-winning firm. The team provides innovative solutions in the areas of performance & reward, global mobility and employment tax consulting. This role will be instrumental in supporting the team to drive forward the Financial Services' employment tax offering.

The Role

Your client responsibilities

Develop effective relationships with new colleagues and clients.

Draft technically complex work and review work of others (complex Revenue correspondence, legislative issues, due diligence).

Control the compliance process and monitor deadlines/payment dates applying R.F.T principles.

Deal with day-to-day client and Revenue queries and correspondence

Actively identify and develop a network of contacts internally and externally.

Actively target and evaluate opportunities for selling work and be a key player in the proposal process.

About You

You will be:

Organisational Skills and the ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a team

Influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to work within tight deadlines in a pressurised environment

Keen to help develop business going forward

Extensive employment tax/PAYE experience

Strong team management skills

Ideally you should have FS experience in a professional services setting or in-house.
