The employment tax assistant manager job
As an Employment Consulting specialist you will:
- Be involved in the day to day provision of a wide variety of advice to clients, including matters relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, equity incentives, salary sacrifice, terminations / redundancies, and restructuring / transaction issues
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by assisting with business development initiatives
- Manage less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, training and development and appraisals

About you
To succeed, you must possess:
- Full appreciation of current tax legislation, being qualified ACA or CTA, or equivalent qualification or experience
- Strong communication skills - both written and spoken
- Ability to develop and manage strong client relationships
- Highly numerate with keen attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Good team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
