The Role

• Assisting with all aspects of the day to day management of IAS clients, including:
• Reviewing UK tax returns and managing the compliance process
• Providing tax arrival and departure briefings
• Managing tax equalisation arrangements
• Managing Modified PAYE arrangements
• Managing budgets and the billing process
• Developing a role as a key client contact
• Coordinating of global expatriate engagements, working with our international network
• Delivering expatriate tax related presentations and training
• Providing ad hoc expatriate tax and social security related advice to clients
• Working with senior team members to deliver more complex advice
• Reporting writing and the review of advisory letters
• Identifying and developing new opportunities and assisting the London IAS management team with the growth of the department

About You

• ATT and/or CTA qualified
• Will ideally have at least 5 years relevant IAS experience and be familiar with IAS compliance engagements and processes
• Positive attitude, willingness to be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team with good communications skills
• Confident with the ability to converse and report to individuals at a senior level
• Client focused with an ability to meet deadlines
• Experience of dual US/UK handling would be advantageous
• Must be an ambitious self starter
