This well-respected financial services company is offering an individual coming from an expatriate tax, reward or employment tax background, the chance to broaden their experience in this high profile role. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for the coordination of benefits for the Group across Europe and Asia. In addition, you will deal with the rule based activity around HR tasks. This opportunity would suit someone who is analytical and has the desire to work for fast-paced, growing organisation.

The Role

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Reviewing the international benefit and policy for all countries.
• Liaising with US and international colleagues to implement and maintain fit for purpose, market competitive benefits structures including vendor management, annual policy reviews, tax structures etc.
• Reviewing and maintaining jurisdictionally appropriate content of employee documentation, handbooks and HR policies and practices.
• Leading all efforts related to HR activity surrounding entity structure and governance.
• Leading and coordinating HR related aspects of location expansion.
• Leading project in Europe and coordinating with other regions to ensure we are proactively compliant with compensation regulatory regime including policy, practice and procedure.
• Providing oversight and governance to business consultant relationships in Europe.
• Managing onboarding, screening, tax due diligence etc.

About You

This opportunity would ideally suit an individual who has experience in reward/benefits work. Individuals from an expatriate tax or employee tax background with some exposure in this area will also be considered. It is an ideal role for someone who is currently working within professionals services to make their first move in-house.
