With operations in over 30 countries and a rich history in the media sector this US head quartered organisation is keen to identify a Tax Manager to take on a newly created role. Reporting to the International Tax Director with one direct report of your own, you will enjoy a varied and challenging role within a vibrant organisation. Based at their stylish West End EMEA HQ, you will support on the international tax planning affairs for EMEA, AsiaPac and LatAm. Furthermore, you will take ownership of UK tax compliance and quarterly reporting including consolidation.

About the role:

Risk, Reporting & Compliance

Review and preparation of Corporation Tax Returns and computations including CT61 forms for all UK group active companies

Preparation of quarterly reporting tax packs for UK companies

Review of quarterly reporting tax packs for overseas companies

Preparation of the tax numbers and disclosures for the UK statutory accounts

Dealing with HMRC correspondence

Liaising with external Advisors

Projects & Planning

Assistance with optimisation of legal entity structure and intra group financing arrangements across the Group

Assistance with Advance Thin Capitalisation Agreement in the UK

Assistance with UK Thin Cap Transfer Pricing Study

Treaty clearances – Applying for clearance on all loan liabilities

Assistance with R&D Tax Credits

Assistance with cash repatriation to the US

Assistance with overseas restructuring and Group simplification

About you:

ACA qualified of equivalent

Solid corporate tax compliance

Keen to develop international tax planning experience.
