Tax Management Consulting does not require you to be a technical guru but, as a tax professional, you can still make use of your tax skills to advise companies on how tax fits into their business, on reporting lines, best technology and best practice.  It could also be an opportunity to manage global compliance projects and make use of your tax accounting knowledge to provide practical solutions to your clients.  This will also give you the opportunity to work alongside the wider consulting team.
