Both the number of hotel rooms Premier Inn operates and the number of the Group’s Costa Coffee outlets are set to increase dramatically, with Whitbread targeting a 32% increase in hotel rooms in the UK and an 88% growth in Costa Coffee stores to 3,000 by 2014/15.
